Ginseng May Help People With ADHD

According to a recent study Panax Ginseng may have effect on treating Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The study was published in the Journal Of Dietary Supplements.

The use of Panax ginseng, a serotonin and norepinephrine re-uptake inhibitor, was investigated for its efficacy in the treatment of three adolescent males diagnosed with ADHD.

Although the sample size is very small and generalization is very difficult, this observation indicates that Panax ginseng may be a slightly effective treatment for ADHD.

Previously American Ginseng was found to help people with ADHD especially when it was combined with other legendary herb Ginkgo Biloba.
