South Korea's Weightlifters Use Ginseng
South Korea’s weightlifters are using ginseng extract to improve their performance in the upcoming Olympics Games. Lately the Korea Weightlifting Federation has made a contract with the Korea Ginseng Corporation.
According to the agreement the Korea Ginseng Corporation provides the weightlifters thirty sets of red ginseng extract for each month for two years. The extract cost $140 per pack and the donations are told to be extended if athletes are noticing the benefits.
Koreans are known for using natural herb extracts to help improve their performance in sports, work and study. Time will tell how the Korean Olympic Team does in the weightlifting competition.
