I just got an ounce of fly agaric caps but I've never tried shrooms before. I've heard one gram is a good dosage to start off with, but what's the best way to start? Should I boil them into a tea or should I just eat 'em? Also, I've heard it's best to ingest them on an empty stomach. Somebody help me out.

Light dosage is generally considered to be from one to five grams of completely dried amanita muscaria caps. I suggest to try 1 small cap first time. Very low first time since some people can be over sensitive for those.

I think tea is the best way to have them... use real tea bags in the mix before drinking so it doesn't taste so horrible

Sweet, thanks, but I think I got a bad batch or something. I used my cousin as a guinea pig.........3 hours and 13 grams later he felt nothing. What I need to do is get me some caps with psilocybin. Anybody know where to get some spores? I saw this guy grow psilocybe cubensis with organic brown rice and vermiculite.

Seems like http:// www magicplants co uk is selling spores.. pretty sure there are also other shops out there. Never ordered though (and it probably ain't legal everywhere either).

The strenght of amanitas also varies a lot depending on the season and place they were picked. One way to have amanitas is to make powder of them and then drink it mixed in water for example.

Some people recommend fasting before having before having them for a better effect and spiritual experience.
