Salvia divinorum
Salvia divinorum is a subshrub growing in Mexico. It has large green leaves and white and purple flowers, and has a long tradition of use among the Mazatec shamans.

The dried leaves of Salvia divinorum are usually smoked with a pipe. The leaves can also be chewed, and some stores sell specific extracts made from Salvia divinorum.
