Yohimbe
Yohimbe, also called Johimbe, is a tree growing mainly in tropical forests of West Africa, where it has a long history as a stimulant and an aphrodisiac. Its inner bark contains stimulating substance, yohimbine. Nowadays Yohimbe extract or mixtures containing yohimbine is usually sold to improve libido and to increase muscle mass.

Yohimbe's traditional use is placed in Africa where it was consumed by the warriors to become more aggressive and improve the stamina in the battle. It was also used in mating and marriage rituals to acquire harder erections, enhance the size and also to improve the lasting time of erection.
As Yohimbe increases the production of testosterone it is used among weight lifters to gain hard muscle mass and decrease body fat. Besides the effect of Yohimbe is stimulating it also increases sexual desire and performance. Thus it is often sold also as a natural aphrodisiac.
